DATA AND AI SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and AI Specialist to drive the development and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions across the organization.
In order to be successful in the role you do have a strong background and interest in data platforms machine learning and generative AI with proven experience in technical project management stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
A summary of your activities.
During the Project Development Phase.
Coordinate external technical teams during the end-to-end development of data platforms and AI projects.
Ensure development team are developing resilient and scalable solutions.
Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and remove blockers to ensure project continuity without compromising innovation.
You will ensure project compliance with Data Governance policies.
Cross-Projects.
Together with Data Governance team You will define and implement best practices for data governance and management.
Support the deployment of platforms like Databricks in compliance with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
Perform tests and small PoCs in platforms like Databricks AWS and Azure to ensure technical feasibility.
Deploy and manage AI/GenAI training programs to upskill internal stakeholders.
Support in identifying Data and AI use cases across departments.
Your experiences and background You hold a Bachelors degree in STEM fields.
Good experience in data AI and software engineering roles.
Good knowledge in Data Platform AI and GenAI solutions.
Strong knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and data platforms (Databricks).
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Italian.
