uring the extra curricular internship , you will play a pivotal role within our design department, contributing to the creative process, researching trends, and assisting in the development of innovative design concepts.
This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fashion industry and gain experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Research.
Comprehensive research across the fashion, art, and design sectors, with an awareness and focus on brand adjacencies.
Compiling design and concept-focused mood boards underpinned by critical thinking.
Supporting the identification and introduction (where possible) of burgeoning talent across the art, design, fashion, and cultural sectors.
Collaborating with the design team to research the seasonal narrative, identify key shapes, and develop creative concepts.
Engaging with expansive material research and development across RTW, concept, footwear, accessories, and trims.
Concept, Ideation, and Experimentation.
Developing ideas informed by an awareness of the art, design, fashion, and cultural sectors.
Confidently presenting ideas and functional proposals.
Supporting with signature treatment application to pre-existing garments, making, and testing processes with hands-on enthusiasm.
Skills and qualifications.
Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A structured six-month internship programme based in our dynamic Milan office.
