For our global organization, we are looking for a senior leader who could be responsible of the process' development and of the products' portfolio.
In this role, you will be fully responsible of the processes from the idea to the end of life of the product, managing all the interconnected steps in the course.
This position reports to Digital Lead - Global Your responsibilities In the role, you will maintain easily accessible Project Roadmap.
As senior professional, you will give your active contribution creating feature and technology evolution roadmap.
You will have the overview on all the Key Performance Indicator, in order to have a clear understanding on how the processes and the projects are proceeding.
You will also be responsible of having a clear Project Key Risk overview and manage mitigation actions.
At the same time, you will also own project readiness indicator and projection.
As facilitator, you are called to organize meetings and reviews with the project leaders to collect strategic and important information on the status of the process.
Consolidated it, you are also responsible for presenting the updated data to Management.
In this role you will maintain and enhance the existing process through learnings and feedback.
You will act as the point of reference and provide coaching to the project stakeholders.
In the role you are asked to build and maintain documentation effectively and transparently.
You will change steering boards with leadership sign-off.
You will be responsible hosting training and coaching sessions.
Your background You have a proven management experience from an R&D organization.
To cover this role, you need to perform in a very organized way, developing a very good documentation skill.
You work independently and have a strong self-motivation.
In addition, you are able also to motivate colleagues and the whole project team.
You have experience with development process management, preferably gained in an R&D organization.
You have very good and structured communication skills and you are fluent in English.
Good organizational skills and previous experience in documentation activities are required.
You work independently, with a strong self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
Good presentation skills complete the profile.
