We are looking for an Apprentice in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area who will be trained in 2 years as Digital Service Platform Professional.

Your Challenge As Digital Service Platform Professional you’ll be managing technical and process challenges regarding Building X.

tml) is a platform that runs the applications that help you manage building operation.
It provides a central foundation of secure, real-time data that supports a wide range of use cases.
Some of your main activities will be.
Supporting Building X technical and process flow issues Coordinating local rollouts of new products / service Localizing technical documentation Collecting market requirements Constantly observing relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).
Driving local standardizations Potentially acting as technical support internal/external during the service/system range lifetime, accompanied by your tutor.
Required entry qualifications.
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate in Engineering, or you have a technical background (Diploma or ITS) Previous technical or commercial experience as an intern is a plus Openness to think about product value selling (Negotiating and closing deals by emphasizing the value for the customers) Receptiveness to acquire and use knowledge about digitalization trends and always stay updated with them.
Openness to know and apply binding standards and regulations Proficiency in English and Italian Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility.
