Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director Finance to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the organization's fiscal health and growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives Lead the preparation of annual budgets, capital budgets, and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager and department heads Oversee the production of timely and accurate financial reports for management, corporate office, and owners Analyze financial data and communicate meaningful insights to guide decision-making Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards Manage cash flow, approve disbursements, and optimize working capital Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets Direct the accounting department, ensuring efficient operations and optimal staffing levels Develop and monitor key performance indicators to enhance revenues and improve cost efficiencies Collaborate with other executives to drive business growth and profitability Oversee capital expenditure processes and fixed asset management Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and performance metrics Expertise in implementing and maintaining internal control systems Proficiency in advanced financial software and ERP systems Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and reporting standards (preferred) Visionary mindset with the ability to align financial strategies with organizational goals Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisive financial decisions Additional Information What’s In It for You Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.
