Position: Dispute Resolution Lawyer Location: Yeovil or any other Battens office location Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available) Salary: Starting from £38,000 for newly qualified - £60,000 Salary bandings dependent on experience (Please contact us for more information). As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Battens, your duties will include: Meeting and advising clients on claims. Preparing legal documents. Understanding and implementing the SRA Code of Conduct. Conducting legal research. Providing advice on all aspects of property litigation. Have prior experience in Dispute Resolutions. Possess an understanding and the ability to advise on alternative dispute resolution. Demonstrate problem-solving skills. Be client-focused and instil confidence in clients. Have strong negotiating and interpersonal skills. Enjoy working in a team-based environment. Exhibit the ability to multitask. Life assurance from the first day of employment.
