ECO-SYSTEM MANAGER

MadeinAdd is financially and strategically supported by key partners as CDP Venture Capital SGR, Gruppo Fomas and Dumarey Group   Profile description   The candidate shall be responsible within the MadeinAdd Product & Engineering Team of the creation, development, improvement plan as well as the quality of the eco-system (supply base) supporting the company to define the best solution (advisory), execute projects (engineering) and produce the final products of customers (manufacturing).
Tasks and Responsibilities   The Eco-System Manager shall support MadeinAdd on the following topics.
1.
Contribute and autonomously manage the Eco-System (supply base) strategy execution according to the company business growth, platform’s features implementation and footprint internationalization.
2.
Be responsible of the scouting of partners (suppliers) for the Eco-System to increase the capabilities & capacities of the company provided to the market creating the supply base portfolio out of the best available raw materials, manufacturers, post processing providers, testing providers, service providers, academia.
3.
Execute the proper strategy to effectively onboard the different type of partners (suppliers) within the Eco-System according to the company business model, technically, commercially and quality wise.
4.
Be responsible for the efficiency, quality standard, competitiveness and continuous improvement of the Eco-system from a technical and commercial standpoint according to the customer targets and technology improvements.
5.
Coordinate with and support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) on the business and technical strategy (Engineering & Manufacturing) as well as the product contents improvements to always provide the customers with the best quality solutions.
6.
Coordinate with the Cost Specialist to constantly increase the Eco-System competitiveness and optimize the pricing / cost model.
7.
Be aligned and support the Application Engineer to provide the customer with the proper sourcing solutions according to the supply base portfolio quality and technically wise.
8.
Be aligned and support the Marketing & Sales activities to deliver products to market with the best quality standards as well as to enter the customer’s vendor list.
9.
Be constantly aware of both the business trends and the state of the art of the technologies, materials, design for Additive solutions & tools, and production process improvements to act as Additive Manufacturing subject matter expert.
The Skills   · Master degree in Engineering discipline · At least 5-7 years of working experience within an Industrial environment or OEM company – required · More than 5 years of prior experience within an Engineering and/or Manufacturing team – required · At least 3 years of project management and product development experience (incl.
managing multiple complex activites with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results) – required · At least 2 years of Supplier quality experience and/or Purchasing and/or Sales activities – preferred · DFSS Black Belt certification and/or OpEX project previous experience - preferred · Knowledge of the Additive Manufacturing technology and market - preferred · International education and/or work experience (i.

ISP, Erasmus, etc) – preferred · High level of oral and written communication skills in English – required · Good knowledge of Office 365 suite - required · Good knowledge of GD&T basics (ASME, ISO) – required · Good knowledge of ERP software - preferred · Management and soft skills.
