EHS & QUALITY ADVISOR

Responsibilities • Ensure implementation of company and legislative EHS requirements in all places that the company is undertaking activities • Advise company and project management on all aspects of health, safety and environmental issues • Advise the Managing Director and the Company Safety Manager of all serious accidents and incidents • Compile and regularly update EHS procedures, manuals, guidance notes and the like • Ensuring that all risk assessments are kept up to date and that the Company Health & Safety Statements are reviewed annually • Conducting training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on Quality systems, environmental, health and safety practices and legislation.
• Ongoing management of the quality system in accordance with ISO as well as with the business requirements • Management of project quality audits • Conduct quality second – party audits on supplier and sub-contractors as decided by the management or as per project specific audit programmes Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Essential • Degree or equivalent in Health & Safety • Construction Skills Certification Scheme card holder or equivalent • 2-3 years minimum construction experience • 2-3 years minimum Quality / safety management experience • Remain cognizant of EHS legislative changes Highly Desirable • IOSH Membership • Driving Licence & own transport • ISO Lead Auditor Certified Disponibilità oraria.
