EMEA LATAM Marketing & CVM Senior Analyst At Ermenegildo Zegna the talents and passion of our people are the pillars of our success. Which is why we're offering the opportunity as EMEA LATAM Marketing & CVM Senior Analyst What makes you, makes Zegna As Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the EMEA LATAM Marketing & CVM Director and local Marketing Managers to analyze marketing and CVM data. Your responsibilities will include identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing a strategic analytical perspective. What makes up your day: Develop and manage advanced reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and CVM initiatives. Provide in-depth insights and data-driven recommendations to local Marketing Managers. Work closely with local marketing teams to identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies for different markets, optimizing strategies using a data-driven approach. Use advanced analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, proposing optimizations. Conduct in-depth customer behavior analysis to inform CVM strategies, collaborating with the team to implement effective customer value management programs. Collaborate closely with internal teams, to ensure effective integration of marketing and CVM initiatives. Provide cross-functional analytical support and guide strategic alignment. Continuously monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the progress of activities. Offer in-depth analysis and recommendations to drive informed decisions. Work closely with local marketing and CVM teams to define consumer journeys for various activities, aiming to enhance the final customer experience and increase ROMI, customer retention, and repurchase rates. We're looking for someone with: 5-7 years of experience of Marketing analytics experience within a commercial setting; Strong data analysis skills; Fluent English, other languages a plus; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics; Knowledge of customer value management (CVM) concepts; Proven ability to generate advanced reports and dashboards.
