Taking ownership of and driving a book of business focused solely on the SAP marketplace Delivering large projects and programs related to SAP implementations and transformations Having an ability to understand key tax processes and translate those requirements into SAP Working collaboratively with cross-functional tax and consulting teams Providing input into thought leadership around Tax and SAP related applications Building and mentoring team members to grow our practice Delivering quality work in alignment with key business metrics Proven experience using ERP delivery methodologies Demonstrated experience selling/delivering large-scale ERP Strong program management and communication skills Knowledge of ERP delivery methodologies (e.
., waterfall, agile, etc.)   The qualifications you must have   A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a master’s degree in Accounting, Tax Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field A minimum of eight years of related work experience A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes Excellent communication and business writing skills A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional client-serving consulting skills A demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize business requirements An ability to lead a team, mentor counselees and manage client-serving business A demonstrated ability to successfully sell and deliver large enterprise programs A broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes   The qualifications which are nice to have   SAP S/4HANA implementation experience Approved technical certification Experience implementing third-party direct or indirect tax systems (such as ONESOURCE, Corptax, Vertex, Avalara, Longview, etc.) Experience defining data and reporting needs for a tax department Other ERP experience, including previous SAP versions or Oracle Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects that impact tax (e.
