EMPLOYER RELATIONS & CAREER SERVICE-BOCCONI INTERNSHIP

We are looking for an intern for our Employer Relations & Career Services, the office in charge of supporting students and graduates providing advice, tools and opportunities for an effective job search and managing relationships with Employers within different industries and geographic areas.
This internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will allow the person to deeply understand the logic of a service-oriented company, with a particular focus on Bocconi University relations with its main stakeholders.
The intern will work in one of the following Teams.
Finance, Government & Legal / International Job Market.
In particular, the intern will be involved in the following areas.
• Support the Team in the organization of activies with the employers, managing all the tools and channels offered by the University (to name some.
job posting, organization of recruitment and career counseling events, organization of on campus and off campus initiatives).
• Managing career counseling one to one and classroom activities to guide students and graduates in their job search.
• Screening the job market, attracting prospect and fostering existing relations with domestic and international employers • Collect data and prepare reports concerning activities, events and initiatives organized by the Team.
• Conduct benchmarking analysis.
• Support the Team in all the daily activities.
Requirements • Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path; • Fluent in English and Italian; • Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months) is considered a plus; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Curiousity towards the job market and its evolution (recruiting, employer branding, soft skills, new professions, market trends); • Strong digital approach; • Soft skills.
positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.
We offer We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from April/May .
