Excellent opportunity for a senior Claim Handler with deep technical MTPL claim experience on the Italian market.

About the Role Responsibilities.
Active management of Large Losses in Motor Third Party claims, from review, fraud and litigation management, Large Loss Reporting, to payment sign-off, Continuously monitoring of claims KPIs, process quality, and customer satisfaction, Maintain excellent and proactive communication with all parties involved in claims, including customers, clients, suppliers and colleagues, Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company, Identify improvements to process and system through normal day to day claims management,   About the Team This position is placed in our EMEA P&C Claims Team, part of iptiQ EMEA Operations at our Italian Brach in Milano.
The Claims Team consists of senior claims experts leading claims portfolios in our countries of operations.
The team is working closely together supporting each other in handling complex claims, fraud investigations, oversight and control of external providers.
The Team prides themselves of being considered as subject matter experts in all aspects of the claim journey.
About You Relevant work experience in handling complex large Motor Third Party Claims, Relevant education, such as degree in Law, or equivalent work experience, Attention to detail and sound report-writing skills, Passionate about delivering excellent customer service through positive and proactive claims handling / management, Negotiation, questioning and decision-making experience, Good organizational and time management skills, Native knowledge level of Italian language is a must combined with business English   Join Us in Milan and Make Your Mark in the Insurance World!   About iptiQ   At iptiQ, we partner with established brands around the world to create impactful digital insurance solutions.
