Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Quality Specialist to join the Facility Management team.

Facility Manager Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing.
Develop and update facility procedures and policies, and supervise their compliance; Manage facility audits and all relevant aspects; Interface with the HSE team for the technical issues resolution about environmental, safety, and health; Organize and manage all obligatory routine maintenance; Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided; Elaborate relevant reports; Coordinate any projects related to the HSE field; Ensure the correct archival of practices.
The type of person we are looking for.
Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering); Preferred previous experience in development of management systems (ISO , ISO , ISO ) Preferred previous experience in facility audits; Preferred previous experience in facility management or in HSE team in big-size companies; Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems; Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite; English.
