In this role you will be involved in project, commissioning and maintenance's request for Low Voltage Drives ABB standard processes and safety guidelines in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position reports to Service Operations Manager Your responsibilities Perform Service tasks, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in any Service categories with focus on Commissioning.
Prepare all documents, materials and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
Report work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and proactively identify potential failures in order to request corrective actions.
Give consistent suggestions for product and quality improvement in order to contribute to ABB technical know-how development.
Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Your background Bachelor\us Degree in Electronics / Electric Engineering, High School Technical Diploma or equivalent experience in the field.
Proven experience in testing and maintenance and Electrical Environment around it (inverter, electrical motors, protection, power supplies and exciters).
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Availability for business travel (abroad for business and training purposes).
Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile.
