We are looking for a Field Service Technician focused on electrical protections (protezionista e trasfertista), to be hired with a permanent contract in Customer Service.

Your Challenge As Field Service Technician your mission will be activity on SPCC system (Protection Command and Control System) Some of the main activities will be.
Ordinary Maintenance of SPCC System (Command and Control Protection System).
Perform protection tests, communication tests, and other routine maintenance activities.
Extraordinary Maintenance of SPCC System.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the existing plant system.
FAT Activities for SPCC System.
Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure system functionality and compliance.
SAT Activities for SPCC System.
Perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to verify system performance on-site.
Revamping and Development of SPCC System.
Engage in the upgrading and development of the SPCC system to enhance its capabilities.
High Availability for Off-Site Activities.
Be readily available for off-site assignments and interventions using methodology and facilities of fault condition analysis; Support in Offering Phase.
Provide technical support to Proposal team during the proposal and offering phase.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have.
Electrical background profile, High School Diploma or equivalent; Knowledge of Medium or Low Voltage Protection device system, or Substations, Cabins or Generation Power plants and SCADA system Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility.
