FINANCE INTERNSHIP

We are looking for a Finance intern to supportpersonnel expenses invoices from suppliers and has relations with hospitals to handle the fees of the Ethics Committee and hospital expenses (grants) working with the Administration Staff.
Some of what youll do.
Deal with administrative activities Prepare monthly report of activities performed to be invoiced to customers in collaboration with other OPIS Units Provide accounting data necessary for management and budget preparation Prepare the revision of estimated costs for Clients Support the Accounts Payable Coordinator and Accounts Payable Supervisor in the financial KPI process Supports the preparation of the trials financial audit and monitoring the post-audit actions Manage the administrative aspects of procurement (grant patient) Manage personnel expenses Handle Hospital agreements (vendor) Prepare documents and periodical reports requested by the Sponsor or by the Management Prepare implementation of changes of TRACK Manage the creation and update of international and local projects in OPIS internal system Ensure that KPI and metrics for the assigned activities are met Perform and complete on time all required trainings (training on OPIS and/or Sponsor SOPs all other applicable trainings) by the assigned due date Ensure daily completion of TRACK system correct entry of appropriate billable and non-billable time What were looking for.
Student at University in Financial matters or with a basic accounting experience.
Ability to manage all activities regarding the management of administration guaranteeing the security of information.
Able to work independently Team-working oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Microsoft Office package with advanced Excel Effective management and organizational skills Critical thinking and problem-solving capability What we offer.
