FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Now we are looking for a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT to join our Finance Department, who will be responsible for operational activities ensuring an accurate and efficient process, monitoring incoming payments and the financial status of open receivable. Main Responsibilities Cash counting and balancing control, month movement records; Control and recording of company credit card movements (expense documents and invoices); Registration of the month's paid fines and reconciliation; Hospitality-related expense report verification and recording (expense documents and invoices), detailed recap of costs; Expense report management: expense report verification and recording by month end for sharing with HR the detailed recap of amounts to be charged and reimbursed to employees; Foreign agent wire transfer and expense report management: track movements for each individual agent, monitor outstanding balance and define when to send a wire transfer, record and send expense reports to Fidag and Menzies, paper file; Assign the vehicles according to requests and availability; Car pool management and first support to colleagues with an assigned car; Issue the DDT document on AS 400 system when requested, filling the description as indicated on the email you received. Job Requirements: Diploma or degree with a business focus Proven experience in similar role of at least 4-5 years, Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP; Fluent English (C1/C2); Proactivity, analytical skills, accuracy; Experience gained within international contexts.
