In the framework of CFO - OPERATIONS Controlling, the candidate will be involved in controlling of activities related to Support Function Structures environment, supporting the costs and performance management.
Contribute to the elaboration of the budget, to the execution and to the implementations of Business Reviews.
Support many Support Functions, in coordination with the respective Operational Referent - if any – or the Responsible of Cost Centers / Structure Responsible / JV Controller.
Contribute to the Support Functions Controlling activities, with the appropriate level of detail, mainly related to cost controlling, facilitating the teamwork between Finance and Department.
Contribution to.
• Support in the budget and outlook definition through interaction with the Structure Operations Referent (if any) or Structure Manager and JV Controller.
• Periodically consolidate and verify the Performance status (in terms of cost) of support Departments.
• Reporting and analysis of the actuals through specific reports (Local, Corporate, and Ad Hoc), highlighting deviations from the budget/outlook and identifying recovery actions.
• Contribute to and follow-up on the Business Review.
• Ensure costs and KPI are inside allocated budgets/Targets • Monthly update the BCT tool by checking the alignment with SAP (ERP), process the cost KPIs and the Temporaries KPIs.
Monitor capacity by checking for any anomalies and report them to the Information Systems.
