In this position, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process, connecting talented individuals with great job opportunities.
This role is perfect for those who want to enhance their recruitment skills while maintaining the freedom to work from anywhere.
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing and selection methods.
Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar position is highly desirable.
Ability to understand and adapt to various industries and their hiring needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and candidates.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools to improve sourcing efforts.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects at once.
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
A reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work.
