The main mission is to contribute to a successful translation of the business requirements into functional specifications, playing as intermediary between business and the development team.
Roles & responsibilities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Being the interlocutor and technical SPOC between business and the development team.
• Provides strategic insights on industry, market, business, competition, to better validate the effectiveness of a recommended/implemented solution to determine the overall business impact.
• Presents the actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders using business-friendly presentations and ensure that deliverables are in accordance with business expectation and business need within time and cost constraints.
• Make high level estimations based on Business Request or a Idea Cards.
• Make estimations accurate estimations for the planned User Stories.
• Leading backlog grooming sessions.
• Prepares detailed documentation of the projects, according to the company's standards and procedures, ensuring a basis for operating instructions, guides for users.
• Identifies and proposes potential improvements to processes, methodologies, and analysis to ensure that they are constantly adapted to business requirements.
About you.
• More than 4 years’ experience in similar position • Experience in translate business requirements into functional specifications • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience leading backlog grooming sessions • Good analytical and technical insight into Digital/Mobile/Web/Ecommerce applications • Experience participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams • You have excellent knowledge of English Experience in the following topics is valued.
• Agile (Scrum Master) certification • Experience using Databases (SQL Server) • Experience using.
