As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on position, reporting directly to the CEO.

esponsibilities.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure effective collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports and analysis on sales and marketing performance.
Stay updated on industry developments and apply innovative approaches to drive sales.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics.
Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
