About the role.
he Identity & Access Manager will lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within our Security and Compliance organization.
The IAM function's primary objective is to ensure that the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times for the right reasons.
he role holder will be responsible for building the IAM function, establishing clear principles and standards aligned with the group's security policies, defining administration, control, and assurance processes, and overseeing the delivery of IAM initiatives to enhance efficiency and security.
his position will be a part of the Security and Compliance leadership team, reporting directly to the Director.
ey Responsibilities.
efine strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio for Identity and Access Management.
stablish standards and drive the design and implementation of IAM processes and controls.
anage Identity and Access Management Services, including access management, role and rights management, and access entitlement review.
ollaborate with Solvay's Governance and Audit groups to support internal and external audits related to IAM.
nsure IAM services comply with policies, procedures, and IT risk management programs.
upport product teams in prioritizing IAM initiatives based on risk and alignment with strategies.
uild, manage, develop, and mentor the IAM team and relevant contractors, vendors, and service providers.
tay updated on emerging threats and security trends to enhance Solvay's security program.
anage the budget for the IAM function.
About You.
ducation And Experience.
achelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-10 years of security experience with standard IT technologies and end-to-end architecture understanding.
ood understanding of Identity and Access Management components.
Privileged Access Management (PAM), Directory Services, AuthO Platform, OAuth 2.
integration, Single Sign-On, RBAC.
bility to define IAM principles, standards, and procedures.
trong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 56k to 40k (Portugal), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills, experience, or location.
