full time   Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is currently recruiting for a Global Lead Change Management and Comms GS Finance.
The position will be based in EMEA (Prague) or LATAM (Bogota) at one of the GS network sites.
This is an exciting opportunity due to a strategic importance of the Global Lead Change Management and Comms role.
GS Finance is currently going through a complex multi-year transformation and people-side of the change is essential for the program’s success.
The scope and size of the transformation is unparallel to any global company and represents one of the most ambitious and challenging Finance transformations ever attempted by any organization worldwide.
The GS Finance team is global mature, experienced and effective organization with solid Change management foundations that will require a strong partner to support its leaders and further develop and grow capabilities for future Finance.
The ongoing change initiatives have a complex stakeholder landscape and include changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The role is part of the extended GS Finance global leadership team.
The Global Lead Change Management and Comms will support and execute existing strategies, but also will be required to create and own new ones globally, while managing execution and change delivery.
The role is supported by regional Change Leads located in GS network sites around the world.
The Global Lead Change Management is a member of the core CMCT team and support works closely as a strategic partner with all relevant stakeholders to drive Change management within GS and J&J globally.
The position will report to Global Head Change, Communications and Training.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
Provide leadership •        Acts as leader for the Global Services Change Management and Comms Finance team, including day-to-day management, talent development, allocation of work •        Helps to create future organizational design and environment to thrive in 2-sector set up and changed work demands •        Develops and execute strategy how to grow skills and capabilities and achieve the desired behavioral shifts •        Develop leaders and communities through Change management and Change leadership.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities •        Apply the change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the GS Finance transformations •        Act as Subject Matter Expert in change management for project leaders and broader organization •        Provide oversight over all change management related activities including preparing for change, managing change, and reinforcing and sustaining change.
   Strategic Partnerships •        Partners with the GS Finance Leadership Team, Change Management & Communications team (CMCT), Finance Delivery Leads, finance project teams in region and/or across the globe, •        Manages, mature and promote the use of Change Management and Communications frameworks and processes across Global Services to ensure best engagement and delivery methods are employed that maximize efficiencies and value across the operating model •        Collaborates with and maintain appropriate networks internally and externally to GS to maximize engagements, ensure CM best practices are delivered in a consistent way across regions.
  Organizational and Team Development •        Support and engage leaders in finance driving sponsorship, change management capabilities and change leadership •        Coach managers and supervisors in driving change and building change management capabilities •        Consult and coach project teams to drive high performance and strong change management capabilities.
Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have.
•        Master’s degre10+ years of progressive change and communications management experience •        Thorough understanding of Change Management principles and delivery •        Proven results in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery •        Strong partnership with peers and other senior partners/leaders (Sr.
managers – VP) developing and implementing communications or change management programs •        Exceptional communication and listening skills •        Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships •        Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal •        Experience with large transformations and process change efforts.
