About the Company This company engages in the exploration production transportation and sale of crude oil and natural gas.

Upstream Downstream and Corporate.
The Upstream segment includes crude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration field development and production.
The Downstream segment focuses on refining logistics power generation and the marketing of crude oil petroleum and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers.
The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources finance and information technology.

Job Summary As a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer you will play a crucial role in the handson diagnosis repair and overhaul of various types of rotating equipment contributing significantly to our cuttingedge energy companys operations.
Responsibilities.
Provide technical support for the repair and overhaul of rotating equipment including dismantling diagnosing assembling testing and issuing related technical reports.
Offer technical consultation to Shops Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shops.
Support field installation maintenance and repair of rotating equipment.
Troubleshoot repair and modify existing equipment while identifying cost reductions and process improvements.
Prepare design engineering packages for rotating equipment.
Conduct technical investigations for shop repair return jobs to identify root causes corrective actions and lessons learned.
Introduce and apply the latest technology in repair methodology.
Develop and revise the departments technical procedures and standards.
Mentor and share knowledge with junior engineers quality inspectors and technicians.
Provide technical input for purchasing specifications and evaluate technical proposals.
Collaborate with department engineers Consulting Services Department (CSD) other company departments and manufacturers.
Coordinate with InHouse Repair Units Quality Assurance units InKingdom Contractors vendors and manufacturers for shop repair work scopes.
Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings.
Requirements.
This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of handson experience in the mechanical field particularly with rotating equipment.
Proven experience in mechanical design troubleshooting and major repair of oil and gas rotating equipment such as gas compressors steam turbines pumps and gearboxes.
Experience in an original equipment manufacturing facility or a certified repairing facility for steam turbines gas compressors and diesel engines.
Excellent English reading and writing skills.
