Job Description Summary The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in crafting compelling visual content and brand collaterals that elevate our brand and resonate with our audiences.
You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects, from creating marketing materials and graphics to designing restaurant menus, sales brochures, and promotional flyers for internal and external use.
Responsibilities  •    Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
•    Conceptualize and develop creative and visually appealing graphic design solutions across various mediums (e.
., print, digital, web, social media).
•    Design high-quality marketing materials (e.
., brochures, flyers, posters, email templates, presentations, etc.).
•    Maintain a good relationship with print and production partners.
•    Develop infographics and data visualizations to communicate information effectively.
•    Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
•    Source and manage brand assets, stock photos and illustrations.
•    Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications.
Qualifications Experience/Certificates/Education •    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
•    2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with hotel experience.
•    Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality design work.
•    Excellent understanding of design principles (e.
., color theory, typography, layout, composition).
•    Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.
., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
•    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
•    A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
•    Proficiency and understanding of AI tools for visual content.
