Job Description Key Responsibilities.
Family Welcome.
Extend a warm welcome to families upon their arrival at the hotel, providing information about family-friendly amenities, services, and activities available.
Child-Focused Concierge Services.
Offer personalized assistance to families with children, including arranging babysitting services, recommending family-friendly dining options, and organizing transportation for outings.
Kids Club Coordination.
Oversee the operation of the hotel's kids club, ensuring that it offers a safe, engaging, and entertaining environment for children of all ages.
Children's Activities.
Plan and coordinate a variety of fun and educational activities for children, such as arts and crafts sessions, treasure hunts, movie nights, and outdoor games.
Special Celebrations.
Assist families in celebrating special occasions, such as birthdays or anniversaries, by arranging custom decorations, cake deliveries, and memorable experiences for children.
Safety and Security.
Maintain a vigilant presence in areas frequented by families, ensuring the safety and security of children and providing assistance in case of emergencies.
Family Dining Experiences.
Collaborate with the food and beverage team to create family-friendly menus and dining experiences that cater to the tastes and dietary preferences of both children and adults.

Qualifications Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on families and children, preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both children and adults.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly when coordinating activities and events for families.
Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
