RESPONSIBILITIES.
Guest Engagement.
Provide a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.
Communication.
Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.
Personalized Service.
Deliver personalized services, such as assisting with reservations, providing local recommendations, and ensuring special occasions are celebrated with a personal touch.
Issue Resolution.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordination.
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Hospitality Experience.
Proven experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Communication Skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
Problem-Solving.
Ability to address and resolve guest issues with tact and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities.
Empathy.
Display genuine empathy and attentiveness to guests' needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Multitasking.
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
