About the Role We are seeking a junior hardware engineer to join our Engineering department, and specifically, you will be working within the G.
Center of competences which has a focus on traditional Tobacco’s machine and Tobacco’s new generation products and heat-not-burnt devices.

As a Junior Hardware Engineer, you will.
Execute simulations, debug, and testing of components, both before machine installation and at customers' sites.
Handle internal requested from Technical Department during design phase or external requests expressed by Coesia’s stakeholders.
Design and manage technical specifications and execute machine test using laser technology.
Draft relevant technical documentation.
Monitor the market looking for the required components and contact the suppliers.
What You Need to Be Successful You have at maximum 3 Years of experience in a similar position.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics (first cycle degree) or, at least, an Electronic or Electrotechnical High School Diploma.
You have expertise in designing technical specifications.
You are organized, detail-oriented with methodical approach.
You are focused on innovation and curious about innovative solutions.
You are a team player.
You are available to travel upon request.
