HEAD OF ACCOUNTING

Será la persona responsable de garantizar la fiabilidad de la información financiera, la eficiencia operativa de los procesos contables y la alineación con los estándares del grupo y la normativa vigente.
Responsabilidades principales Liderar y coordinar los equipos de GL, AP y AR, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
Supervisar los procesos contables de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual (bajo normativa local e IFRS).
Garantizar la correcta conciliación de cuentas y la calidad de los datos contables.
Colaborar con auditorías internas y externas, asegurando la entrega de documentación precisa y a tiempo.
Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos, herramientas y políticas contables.
Coordinar con el área de controlling y otras áreas financieras para asegurar la coherencia en la información reportada.
Interlocución frecuente con la matriz y stakeholders internacionales, especialmente en el entorno francófono.
Desarrollo y gestión del equipo.
seguimiento de desempeño, necesidades formativas y planes de desarrollo.
Requisitos Titulación en ADE, Finanzas, Economía o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 6-8 años en contabilidad, con al menos 2-3 años en un rol de liderazgo.
Nivel alto de francés (mínimo C1).
Valorable nivel alto de inglés.
Sólido conocimiento de normativa contable nacional e internacional (IFRS).
Experiencia trabajando con ERPs (preferiblemente SAP u Oracle).
Visión estratégica, capacidad analítica y habilidades de gestión de equipos.
