Are you looking for a company where you can learn, grow & lead? Join us as Head of Central Planning to help us optimise our performance ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across our supply chain.
What you’ll do.
Lead and mentor a central planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Oversee the Divisional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring seamless alignment between inventory levels and customer demand.
Develop and implement strategies for optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
Drive efficiencies while controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Analyse existing processes within the supply chain to identify inefficiencies and utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
What you’ll bring.
Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, with a focus on planning and optimization.
Experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive organizational improvement Ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with ERP and BI solutions; Anaplan experience is advantageous Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or a related field Strong communication skills and fluency in English is essential.
