They will be tasked with leading the change and proposing improvements and innovative solutions to optimize financial processes and achieve efficiency and productivity goals set by the Group.
Specifically, they will be responsible for the following activities.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure the full financial transformation program is aligned with the Group's strategic priorities Execute the program to make improvements in financial processes, systems, and operations Develop a culture of continuous improvement with clear goals to ensure efficiency in processes Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technologies and tools for financial management and data analysis Lead the change management process by assessing the AS IS and promoting a culture of innovation and providing guidance to finance colleagues Ensure alignment between financial transformation initiatives and organizational goals by working closely with other departments Prepare reporting on project progress and results for management and various stakeholders Requirements for the role include.
Degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines Significant experience in the role of Finance Transformation Manager or similar roles within multinational companies Proven experience in managing financial transformation projects, implementing BI tools, and digitalizing financial processes Knowledge of best practices in the financial sector and the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills Fluent knowledge of the English language
