On behalf of Aenova - Global Leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization for Pharma and Healthcare, we're looking for: HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS Scope of the role: To ensure the production operations to be compliant with the current Good Manufacturing Practices, Environmental Health and Safety guidelines, corporate and plant polices and procedure. To organize and direct the manufacturing operations to guarantee the respect of production plans and the timely attainment of production schedule. To assure the accomplishment of the budgeted business targets and objectives in terms of resources usage (manpower, production materials and supplies). To guarantee that all the production processes are run according to the registered and validated conditions. To assure that all the production related process and activities are established and prescribed through a body Standard Operating Procedure and Master Batch Records that are kept continuously updated. To ensure and maintain individual training and skills according to the assigned role and responsibility throughout the organization. To implement initiatives to optimize and improve the resources utilization effectiveness and the process robustness in the view of continuous improvement. To manage staff and costs in accordance with the objectives GMP, EHS and Budget Plan. To ensure the economic management of costs and investments (efficient planning and use of technical and human resources). To ensure the definition of the function budget. The position is based on the site of Carugate (Milano) Requirements: Technical Degree Previous experience in leading role in manufacturing drug products company Fluent in English Leadership, business acumen, excellent communication skills
