Join us as a Head of UX/UI Design What you will be doing We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of UX/UI Design to join our team.
As the Head of UX/UI Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the UX/UI team in their day-to-day work, ensuring their integration within cross-functional squads, and enabling them to track and understand the impact of their work on the company's objectives.
The Head of UX/UI Designer  will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the company.
As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will collaborate closely with all the directors in the company to align UX/UI  initiatives with the company's overall technological vision and strategy.
In detail, you will.
Lead and mentor a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Define and implement the overall UX/UI design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Continuously iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and design tools to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (+10 years) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid working policy.
