main duties & responsibilities.
welcoming customers upon arrival escorting customers handling of any needs assisting with information requests requirements at least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants good communication skills excellent team work skills determination to achieve goals fluency in english at a professional level and preferably one additional language attention to detail ability to adapt ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure other requirements.
