Well, if you’re interested in our HR Systems role, this might be your next step! We are looking for someone with experience in SAP Success Factors to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, WetOnes and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business In this role you will support the users of the HR core system (SuccessFactors).
Focus will be on maintaining system availability and user access as well as continuous improvements that deliver automation, simplification, and standardization of HR processes to reduce manual administration work.
Your responsibilities will be divided into two key focus areas.
User Support.
You will work to ensure all HR System users are effectively supported.
Using our case management system, ServiceNOW, you will review tickets daily, resolving tier 0/1 tickets and escalating more complex tickets to subject matter experts as appropriate.
Continuous Improvement.
You will support continuous improvement of HR Systems as part of the Reinforcing And Improving System Experience (RAISE) workstream, by working on HR System enhancement activity.
You will also be involved in the HR System updates, reviewing change documentation and testing new functionality.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to.
•    Manage user ticket prioritization and escalation using ServiceNOW •    Provide Tier 0/I HR Systems technical support for users, including researching and resolving issues •    Review and test semi-annual SuccessFactors releases •    Diagnose and troubleshoot HR Systems issues •    Support HR System enhancement activity, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training and support of users •    Gather and respond to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities in support of RAISE •    Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned   Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got? Ideally you will have some experience working with SAP Success Factors in HR gained within an International organisation.

Here’s what we are looking for.
