Are you ready to join us?   ABOUT THE ROLE We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to providing innovative solutions, and as part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented HR Cost Controller to join our team.
As an HR Cost Controller, you will be responsible for reporting and overseeing the personnel-related costs within the company.
Working closely with the HR team, you will play a key role in analyzing, monitoring and controlling HR labor costs to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget compliance.
More specifically, you will be in charge of.
Analyze and interpret data related to personnel costs, including salaries, benefits and related contribution costs.
Monitor and evaluate budget variances and trends, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting of personnel-related costs.
Conduct regular reviews of data collection processes and tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Provide insights to the HR team on personnel related costs through effective dashboarding.
Ensure compliance with internal policies governing personnel costs.
WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Experience (1+ years) in HR Cost Controlling or in an Audit firm.
Good understanding of HR cost structures.
Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis techniques.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Assertivity, proactiveness and business partnership approach are mandatory attitudes for this role, to collaborate effectively across diverse international teams and stakeholders.
Results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
