INDIRECT PURCHASING INTERNSHIP

STARTING FROM MARCH  | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS   We are looking for a passionate and engaged Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team in our Global HQ in Milan.
MAIN ACTIVITIES.
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities.
Maintaining constant contact with external suppliers to assist them in contract and documentation processes; Collaborating with internal company functions (administration, legal, finance) to ensure contract finalization and payments; Collecting tax and contractual documentation from suppliers and uploading them onto company systems (Jaggaer); Assisting company users in the purchase order process (SAP Ariba).
issuing orders, monitoring order status and progress; Verifying or monitoring delivery shipments, payment checks, etc.
REQUIREMENTS.
Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics; Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Professional use of Italian and English;  Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
