KNET HUMAN RESOURCES is a consulting firm, leader in national and international recruitment, for C-Level and Temporary Management, Top & Senior Management, Talent Acquisition and international Search. We act as a Business Partner in Search and Selection, through our specialized units for companies and professional firms. An estabilished company, part of an international group, is looking for an experienced INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS CONTROLLER , who will be based in their Milan offices. The person would be fluent both in Italian and English to be part not just of the local team, but to deal regularly with various international teams and departments as well. To apply, please upload your English CV. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing context and excellent master of SAP (FI and CO modules). Main objective of the role You will report directly to the local and international managers and will take care of all analytics and reporting activities, supporting the company in taking the decisions and the corrective actions needed. Activities and responsibilities Profitability analysis per Business Unit and Operations area Presentation of monthly results to local Management Team and Business Unit/Regional Controllers Management of budgeting and forecasting processes Management of standard costs and monthly variance analysis Supporting the team in preparing the monthly closures Preparation of reports to parent company (monthly and quarterly closures) Intercompany Prices calculation Support in investment analysis Study : Economic Degree or similar background/knowledge. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a medium-sized production plant. Languages : Fluent English , spoken and written to deal daily with the rest of the international group. TECHNICAL SKILLS Advanced knowlegde of cost and operation controlling Experience of data analytics and reporting Ability to draw and present action plans and corrective measures Advanced knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint Advanced knowledge of SAP, FI and CO modules . Ideally of the BI module as well. SOFT SKILLS Analytical and strategic mindset Team player and confident in building relationships Determinate, energetic and organised Offer Pay grade and salary: They will be commensurate with the actual competence and experience level of the candidate. Working place: Milan, metro Gorla. Part of the time would be spent in the manufacturing site just outside Milan. There may be occasional travels to the European headquarter(s). Working hours: Full time, mainly in the office with the opportunity to agree around 2 days/week of remote working. Starting date: Immediate or according to the candidate's notice.
