om/ Join us as a Inside Business Development Team Leader What you will be doing Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the Business Development Department and you will support the Satispay Group.
Key responsibilities.
Spend 50% of working hours actively engaging in business development activities, meeting personal targets, and contributing to revenue generation; Devote the remaining 50% of time to manage the team, including coaching, training, and performance management; Lead and inspire a team of approximately 5-10 Inside BD professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence; Actively participate in business development activities, contributing to revenue generation and meeting bd targets - your BD target will be approximately 50% of your team members; Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals; Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise team performance and efficiency; Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the Satispay BD Department; Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and company updates, and communicate relevant information to the team; Embrace and adapt to the dynamic nature of our scale-up environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change.
What we need We are seeking a versatile and adaptable individual with proven experience as a people manager to join our dynamic team in the role of Inside Business Development Team Leader.
This role presents a unique opportunity for someone with a background in business development who is eager to take on a managerial position within our growing Business Development Department.
The Inside Business Development Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving BD performance while providing leadership and support to a subset of our Inside BD team.
You have.
Prior experience in B2B business development, with a demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets; Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish effective working relationships; Data-driven mindset and ability to use data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; Knowledge of the main CRM tools for Business Development activities (e.
.
Hubspot) Full working proficiency in English (knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus).
