Marsh is seeking candidates to join our “Placement - Accordi Compagnie” Team as a Junior Client Advisor based in Milan.

What can you expect? The Team “Placement - Accordi Compagnie” plays a strategic role for the achievement of the targets set up for the segment, being involved in several activities from the interaction with markets to the tight relation with internal business units.
The team operates centrally in the main processes related to the market face activities, being in contact with the offices and colleagues all around the Italy and being strongly connected with the international network.
Our activities will provide you the opportunity to go deep and interact with legal departments of the largest Italian and foreign insurance companies, expanding your knowledge and business network.

starting with an initial 6-month internship finalized to a 2/3 years apprenticeship, you will have a chance to accelerate your career through an employment agreement, that will be tailored upon your performance and dedication; We will count on you to.
Manage the negotiation process of collaboration agreements with Italian and foreign insurance companies/agencies (evaluation of proposals, collaborationwith the internal functions involved, definition and presentation for signing); Analyze the incoming agreements, evaluate alternative clauses in compliance with our internal rules; Provide support to colleagues in the onboarding and collaboration process with new entities, analyzing the compliance of requests with our guidelines, managing internal and external relationships; Understand the POG (Product Oversight and Governance) process in depth, becoming able to analyze the documentation produced by the companies for POG purposes, managing internal communication flows and monitoring the compliance of the process with internal policies.
Provide a wide range of administrative and support services to assist colleagues in their daily activities and support the company in achieving its compliance objectives.

What you need to have.
University Degree, preferably in Law, alternatively in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), International Relations, Political and Social Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path; Fluency in English beyond that in Italian; Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Power Point); A strong interest in the area of insurance brokerage and risk management What makes you stand out.
