INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS DATA ANALYST INTERN, EMEA

About the Role.
As part of Marketing Excellence EMEA, the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Data Analyst intern contributes to delivering excellence in customer experience and omnichannel marketing through content intelligence and analytics.
The IMC EMEA Team develops and implements integrated communication campaigns, blending expertise in branding, content strategy, and copywriting to engage customers with relevant and meaningful content along the customer journey and to strengthen the Boston Scientific brand.
The IMC Data Analyst reports to the Head of IMC.
The candidate will provide analytical support by conducting assessments, building and tracking project performance (KPIs, metrics, reports and dashboards), using data to enhance initiatives to successfully respond to evolving stakeholder and business needs.
The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, having to work in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at European and local level.
The candidate will ultimately ensure our strategies are informed through a data-driven approach by interrogating sources of data to help us report on the impact and to demonstrate continuous improvement and optimization.
In this role, you will.
Support the creation and management of content KPIs.
Proactively support further evolution of the content dashboard with improvement suggestions.
Perform digital content analysis and support optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness of marketing content.
Provide recommendations that enhance future content strategy performance and measurements.
Develop ad-hoc analyses to support the development of the Integrated Marketing Communications strategy using both online (Tableau) and offline (Excel) software.
Proactively explore data to identify trends, discover new KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
Support with the Integrated Marketing Communications SharePoint build and maintenance, MS Teams content updates, project management updates (asana), surveys and internal news.
Other such tasks may be assigned during the internship.

What are we looking for in you.
A person with positive attitude that brings energy and passion for excellence.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing/Economics/Statistics or similar relevant field.
Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
Analytical skills and associated technologies and tools e.
.
Tableau, PowerBI, SAP, Excel.
Ability to interpret complex, numeric data into stories and actionable outcomes.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
