Activity Description Under the supervision of the Head of Marketing at DWS Italy, the intern will collaborate and assist with Marketing activities.
The goal is to implement an effective marketing strategy using both traditional and digital marketing initiatives and tools, to consistently support Coverage activities and enhance brand awareness.
Job Description Support events planning and organization (conferences, lunch meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.).
Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials.
Manage content for local websites (DWS.
t and Xtrackers.
t), implementing various campaigns and optimizing general content (themes, trends, focus products, etc.).
Monitor and follow up on actions carried out through KPIs, collect results from various platforms, and prepare reports.
Assist in setting up a local social media strategy in line with our objectives, Coordinate with the EMEA Marketing Team and Global SoMe Team.
Collaborate with agencies for the development and execution of marketing projects.
Work closely also with Marketing Emea and Frankfurt HQ Marketing colleagues, following existing Marketing guidelines.
Assist in planning and developing both online and offline marketing actions.
Manage and maintain merchandising.
Other operational activities etc… Personal Profile Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Dynamic and versatile, well-suited to teamwork.
Good knowledge of online marketing and social media.
Familiarity with digital strategy analysis tools.
Languages.
Excellent English and Italian.
Proficiency in Office and social media platforms.
Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
Enrollment in penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
