About the Role.
We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a 6 months curricular internship in Customer and collection accounting.
The resource will be included in the account receivables BU function of Ferrero Commerciale Italia.
Main Responsibilities.
Ensure the process assigned (monitor invoicing, customer reconciliations, transitory accounts clearing, customer credit monitor) Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances Credit notes posting on SAP, as per the policy Payments and customer daily clearing Customer data update on SAP (as per the policy) VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing depending on the specific case.
Analyze customer account statements and arrange refunds if necessary, in agreement with sales force.
Other day to day operation depending on the business Who we are looking for.
