Job Description Statkraft has a significant and growing solar, wind and storage development portfolio in Italy.
We are currently looking for a recent graduate in Law,  based in Milano or Roma, for an exciting internship opportunity, joining a growing team in order to contribute to the land agreements closure for our projects.
You will work with the Land Management team, collaborating closely with the project development teams (solar, wind and storage) and with the legal team, and reporting to the Head Development Services Italy.
As a Land Support Intern, your main responsibilities will be to.
Contribute to the mapping of current land contracts signed for the projects in pipeline  Contribute to the setting, loading and management of contractual data within company database tools  Contribute to the managing and securing land rights, power lines and cabin/substation easement  for defined onshore wind, solar, grid services and/or hydrogen projects, through all development stages from prospecting and projects screening to financial closing, working across the portfolio   Ensure that internal approvals are obtained for all property documents  Assist with any due diligence activity on land matters in relation to any origination, acquisition and/or sale of opportunities  Support the execution of signed agreements and/or related land matters  Support the technology project teams and wider business on all aspects of land issues and associated matters as required  Collaborating with employees from others Statkraft European countries on land management  Qualifications Recent graduates in Law  with a focus on land property and/or real estate, as a plus  Ability to read and interpretate maps and plans, as well as previous experience in contracting, are considered a plus  Renewable industry knowledge is considered a plus Italian mother tongue with an excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  Organised, practical, self-starter with the ability to cope with multiple projects, competing demands and deliver high quality results on time  Additional Information We offer.
