Job Role We are looking for Program Management Office support officer to be integrated into the D-Orbit PMO team. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment inside one of the fastest-growing companies in the high tech industry. As part of PMO team, you will be responsible for supporting PM's in project management activities influencing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the projects. Qualifications and Requirements Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team and individually; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of Project Management techniques and software tools is a plus Tasks and Responsibilities Reporting on progress, resources, finance or costings; Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team; Internal and external stakeholder management; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques for all programs / product development; Support Program Managers in monitoring and planning activities; Support Program Managers in risk management; Produce reports to support current and future Project Management Activities; Additional duties may be assigned, as needed. Education University Degree (Bachelor degree or equivalent), preferably in Management Engineering. Language Good professional proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
