Your Challenge During your 6-month-internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about Talent Acquisition (TA).
By the end of your internship, you will be equipped with the most up-to-date   knowledge and hands-on experience   for your professional career in HR.
A mentor will support you in experiencing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.
Your main activities will involve to.
Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Professionals to assist them in their daily operational tasks Support with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling employer brand content, such as employee testimonials, posts, and videos, to showcase our company culture and values.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, including data analysis, KPI and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including P&O and communications, to ensure alignment of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance recruitment processes, candidate engagement strategies, and employer brand messaging.
Your profile Fresh graduate or about to graduate in Humanistic or Economics field, HR background is a plus.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
