In this role, you will…   Ensure suitable management of deviation and investigation and adherence to due date Responsible to manage Deviation through adequate root cause analysis and identification of effective CAPAs Responsible for the effectiveness of Deviation and CAPA end to end process and customer complain investigation Co-responsible with Production Departments for the progressive reduction of deviation through adequate root cause analysis and implementation of effective CAPA Ensure adequate KPI and governance are in place and in use to monitor, track and drive progress(i.

human errors, recurrent deviations, deviation overdue, CAPA overdue, CAPA effectiveness checks) Support audits preparation and be the “deviation fronter” during inspections Why YOU?  Qualifications and Skills.
University degree in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Engineering/Biotech Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical company in similar roles Knowledge of production processes, deviation & CAPA management in pharmaceutical company Ability to work cross-functionally Problem solving mindset English proficiency Preferred Qualifications and Skills.
Previous experience in RCA facilitation Deep knowledge in sterile process    CLOSING DATE for applications.
