WHAT YOU WILL DO Your role will involve providing daily technical support both onsite and remotely to other company locations across Europe the US and Asia.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing technical knowledge and specialized skills to support build implement and improve technology solutions.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES In the role of IT Engineer following an initial training phase you will.
Act as the primary local point of contact for IT requests taking ownership of incidents and ensuring their resolution either independently or in collaboration with internal IT colleagues and/or external vendors.
Monitor local infrastructure including endpoints and apply standard procedures to resolve common issues.
Develop assess and optimize Standard Operating Procedures and user documentation.
Manage Networking and Infrastructure projects that may encompass multiple locations.
Uphold the secure operation of corporate systems in line with established security policies.
Engage in continuous learning of new technologies and contribute to the skill development of your colleagues.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the stable operation and support of the IT network user PCs and peripherals.
This includes planning development installation configuration maintenance support and optimization of hardware software and communication platforms.
You will also be responsible for developing system integrations and custom applications to support business processes and ensuring compliance with IT and Security policies.
WHO YOU ARE 2 years of experience in IT systems or a relevant field.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent technical aptitude along with superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Experience in realworld problemsolving; a critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative.
Selfmotivated capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic about working with a multinational team in a growing business.
Solid understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills.
2 Years of experience in Microsoft Clients Servers and Applications Administration including Active Directory.
2 years of experience in PC repair troubleshooting deployment retirement.
2 years of familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS DHCP SSL OSI Model and TCP/IP.
Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python PowerShell etc.).
