IT MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS STRATEGY & OPERATIONS FOR INNOVATIVE MEDICINE COMMERCIAL

Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (TS) is recruiting for an IT Manager, Technology Solutions Engineering working with Innovative Medicine (IM) Commercial teams to be located in Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ.
The role will drive the technical delivery and solutioning to meet sector and business partner objectives, driving specific business value streams.
The individual works with business and business technology partner(s) on all strategic and tactical initiatives, leading demand across wide spectrum of Technology Services capabilities, including but not limited to application development, application maintenance, networking, infrastructure, end user services, information security & risk management (ISRM), privacy and compliance.
This position involves leading a team of solution engineers, and/or Release Train Engineers and collaborate with Product & Platform Owners.
The team brings together Technology Services resources to achieve business partner strategic roadmaps, key product group initiatives, and ultimately deliver shared business outcomes.
This role works with the Senior Manager to build teams of resources to manage program demand.
The successful candidate will serve as an advocate within Technology Services for their business partners and will work with peer Technology Services Engagement Managers to gain a well-rounded, cross-sector view to realize, extend, and prioritize technology solutions that achieve their partners’ goals.
In addition, this individual will continuously evaluate new and existing capabilities to make decisions about further investment based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities.
Partner with and provide support to Product Group leaders and managers for products, capabilities and services aligned to several strategic programs.
Ensures delivery results meet the needs of business and achieves outcomes established.
Close alignment on sector and Technology Services Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
Work with JJT and TS engineering to ensure architecture design that is scalable to the region, sector, and franchise level and are in line with the overall business needs and strategy.
Facilitates risk management processes and Lead schedule and financial budgets (lean budgets).
Provide creative and innovative ideas to improve our overall operations to make the team and how we work an always evolving team! Maintain awareness of innovative industry solutions in the market to address business needs.
Act as single point of contact for ISRM, TQ, vendors, and enterprise platform owners and maintain accountability for cross-stable team communication.
Communicate within the technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop and presenting information to multiple audiences.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in IT-related coursework.
5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting various functions.
Deep and effective expertise in digital solutions delivery in highly regulated setting, program management, and customer management Experience in collaborating with strategic vendor partners supporting IT solutions delivery, Infrastructure and Operations Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Scaled Agile methodology Empower and encourage people and make tough decisions in a timely manner while making Credo-based decisions.
Influence to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing teams together – both J&J internal and external vendors.
Strong problem-solving, design thinking, communication and influencing skills, including ability to drive adoption of new thinking and approaches.
Experience or some familiarity with business analysis techniques including operational agile metrics, estimations, lessons learned analysis, partner interviews, process modeling, prototyping, risk analysis, root cause analysis, use cases.
Extensive experience in planning and leading the finances, resources, and technical execution of large product groups (>$1M).
Creativity in generating innovative ideas to improve our overall operations and drive improvement.
