Your role.
Within the designated area (South Italy) perform installation, configuration, maintenance and support on assigned hardware and software products (Middleware and Automation Software) Ensure complete execution of all preventive and reactive maintenance on the assigned software Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions Work within local Customer Service team to delight Customers Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit Your expertise.
Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis Previous experience in Medical IT activities   Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives Communication skills – make complex issues easy to understand Fluent in English (written and verbally) Resident in Campania or in nearby cities Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
